Returns & Refunds Policy
At QuickCare Pharmacy, patient safety is our top priority. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and strict regulatory requirements, we operate a limited returns and refunds policy.
Quickcare Pharmacy - Helping the local community in Cricklewood, Brent Cross, Willesden, Dollis Hill, Golders Green, and Childs Hill.
Prescription Medicines
Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. This is because medicines cannot be re-used or re-sold once they have left the pharmacy, even if the packaging appears unopened.
Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
We will offer a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:
* The item received is faulty or damaged
* The item supplied is incorrect
* There is a dispensing error on our part
If you believe this applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.
Non-Prescription Items
Unopened, unused non-prescription items may be eligible for a refund at our discretion, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of the outcome of the consultation.
Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
